he has not replied yet but my question is that can he accuse us for not registering the land peace on his name but we have not recieved any legal document regarding the registery of land from him and the last date of registery as per sapath patra is approaching. કોંગ્રેસ કરશે #GujRight ✓ made an agreement with a party regarding a sale of old land peice but in sapath patra he intentionally marked the price very below the actual market price of the land and falsely took my fathers signature on the sapath patra but when a came to know about this i saw the sapath patra, but nothing was written on the sapath patra about the location of the land so i said him that if he want to take the land on the agreed price he have to take another land pieace which is less valued than the agreed one as there is nothing written on the sapath patra regarding the location, but he was annoyed and warned us for legal case, but i replied him that if he want his advance money back and cancelled the agreement we are ready for that and also ready to pay the bank interest on the advance money received or take the other land peace. Some other promises made include, removal of contract and outsourcing system within 24 hours of getting power, start of recruitment on vacant positions within 24 hours of coming to power, launch of Pavanputra Air Emergency service using a helicopter for accidents and fire emergencies, installation of air purifier on public roads, free education in English medium schools, reconstruction of damaged road within one week of coming to power, one-year tax holiday for businessmen hit by Coronavirus pandemic, fifty per cent cut in house property tax, construction of global standard service corridor with the help of experts for discharge of rain water, free vehicle parking for all citizens and free wifi zones. Ahmedabad: Ahead of the election of six municipal corporations in Gujarat, the main opposition Congress party has announced its manifesto under the title of ‘Shapath Patra’ ( an oath ) today in which it has promised issuance of GujRight cards to avail free services offered by the Government.
